Gran Riserva

Description

This cheese is known as the ewe’s Grana. It is hard and his maturing period is longer than 15 months. The form is round and flat. Gran Riserva’s interior is compact and crumbly, the flavour is intense, tangy and sharp.

It is a limited edition.

Ingredients: Ewe’s milk, milk enzymes, veal rennet, salt.
